It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.

Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

The Tree House

This is a brand new 2 bedroom spacious cottage nestled amongst trees, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Waikanae river. The Cottage has a complete kitchen and two good sized bedrooms equipped with queen beds and internal wardrobes. It is equipped with a heat pump and for those cozy cool evenings a fire place. If your fancy takes you, there is an outside bath on the veranda that you can relax in and enjoy while watching the birds in the tree tops.
