Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Enjoy the best waterfront view in town with access to a hammock, wifi, hanging swing, porch swing, bbq grill, huge yard, and giant concrete patio all looking up river! There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

This casual, cabin-like 2-bedroom basement unit has a private entry, off street parking, and many recreational options both inside and outside. Enjoy the large backyard for relaxing with a great view of the lake. Access to a fire pit, patio, picnic table, gas grill, and yard games. Sleeps 6 adults and houses a billiard table, TV, and a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric griddle & skillet, air fryer, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. The “Fox Den” is nestled in the coveted, quiet Old West Lawrence neighborhood, 4 blocks north of the KU football stadium. Walk downtown and marvel at some of Lawrence’s most historic and beautiful homes in Old West Lawrence, just off of the downtown strip on Mass or stay a little closer and walk the adjacent community garden. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one full sized bed, one bathroom, and full kitchen with an ample stocked kitchen, stove, and refrigerator.

Adorable 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin with a fireplace, large deck with hot tub, pretty view, good water frontage, nice flat yard and private dock to park your boat with a ladder for swimming. The cabin backs to pretty woods which provide peace and quiet, privacy as well as abundant wildlife. The lake is just 100 yards down a nice trail through the woods. A 3 person kayak is available for your use, as well as a fire ring and lawn chairs.

Escape to this quiet, seemingly remote country getaway nestled down a peaceful, tree-canopied lane. Relax and unwind amid big woods, creeks, woodland trails, complete with a very large strip pit lake, and smaller lake just mere feet from your private cabin. Use our large covered dock, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and explore all this huge waterscape and land have to offer. All manner of Missouri wildlife reside here.
