This 5-year old garden apartment in the peaceful Union Hill neighborhood with areas for two bedrooms, an office, kitchenette, dinning, and living area. The apartment is located in a house surrounded with outdoor plants and flowers. The larger bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed and the smaller bedroom has a single-size trundle bed, which means a lower drawer pulls out with a second single-size bed. An office with a large work area is available as well as a small desk area in the kitchen.

Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.
