Experience the joy of staying in an off grid solar powered house. This modern light filled 2 bedroom house with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres. Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, olive grove, orchard, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars. (yes, we do also have an indoor shower) Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window. There is also a resident family of hares. A short drive to Morgans Beach at Cape Jervis, Second Valley and Rapid Bay beaches. Discover the varied walks within Deep Creek Conservation Park with its stunning coastal scenery, or explore beyond to Tunkalilla, Waitpinga and Parsons Beaches along Range Rd to Victor Harbor. Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree in the carpark growing near the carpark. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays. We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Our home is large and well-appointed - it offers space, privacy and all creature comforts. There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. You'll also find free WIFI, board games, books and table tennis!

My Island Home

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

Deep Creek Tiny House is located on the traditional land of the Kaurna/Ngarrindjeri people, adjacent to the stunning Deep Creek National Park, on the southern-most tip of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

3 BR Cottage in bush setting by sea

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).

Searenity Holiday Apartment, Emu Bay

This luxury apartment consists of a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are included. For meal preparation there is a well-equipped kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not suitable for children. We pride ourselves on providing a very high standard of presentation and customer service and are there to greet you on arrival to hand you the keys and answer any questions. We also provide FREE WiFi.
