Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range. Apartment has a wonderful view on Zadar channel and is distant only few minutes from the nearest beach. It's equipped with wifi internet, tv, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and water cooker.

Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

The lovely house is located directly at the sea in Kali, a fishermen village on Ugljan with charming villages and countless olive trees. The apartment has an almost 4m high wooden beamed ceiling and a mezzanine floor and is overlooking a little haven with many fishermen boats.

Apartment with a large balcony overlooking the beach and the city of Zadar. Located in the center less then a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, market, coffee/bar shop and restaurant. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. Nearest beach is great for children.
