The modern residence "Methia Villa" was built in 2025, and is ready to welcome you. It is a standard prefabricated house of 46 sq.m., of metal construction. The name "Methia", denotes someone who is drunk with happiness, in the local slang, and was given to the residence, to describe the peace and happiness that someone feels, surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan living room-kitchen area, where there is a sofa that becomes a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m). The pool’s size is 4.00m x 2.20m x 1.20m (depth). The facilities that we provide you, cover the needs for long-term holidays with comfort and luxury, and we are willing to discuss with you, other possible requests.

If unavailable during the high season, an equally spacious and fully renovated apartment with identical furniture and amenities in the same building will be offered to ensure a seamless experience.
