Great walks, Biking, mountain bike Park at Middle Hill, Raft the Clarence River, fish at the river mouth, swim or surf on the coast, 20 minutes to The Store at Kekerengu, or the numerous cafes in Kaikoura. View the seals at colony 10 minutes down the coast...Or you can sit back and read a book and listen to the birds.

A rustic, unique off grid cabin, with filtered water & heated by gas for warm outdoor showers, or indoor baths. The bi-folding windows at the dining table open up to the ocean & the backdoor opens out onto a deck where you can view the Kaikōura Mountain Ranges. Electricity is supplied by our quiet & modern generator, which quietly hums away in the paddock. The generator is a simple pull start & is filled with fuel to power lights & appliances. Enjoy views, fresh air & a break from technology.

Our holiday home is just an ordinary, basic house but we have extraordinary views! Just 15 minutes walk to town or 2 minutes drive. Some activities you will enjoy are: whale watching, swimming with dolphins and seals, kayaking, and walks in the Kaikoura native bush.
