Or use this as home base to explore the countless local attractions with over 100 wineries and vineyards nearby, Kerrville downtown (8 min), Fredericksburg main St. (20 min), Bandera (30 min), and so much more. Conveniently within an hour of San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Farmhouse @ Tres Molinos

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

The Avery House - A quiet hill country retreat

Welcome to the modern cabin in the woods. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville & only about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries. Get to the Guadalupe river in 10 minutes. Camping, water sports, hiking, fishing, food and wine are all within a short drive from this 600 sq ft modern tiny home. Enjoy the Windmill Cabin, which offers updated style with quiet, countryside living. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a perfect getaway. Use the Wi-fi to stay connected or unplug and enjoy the serenity and quiet. Watch DVDs or streaming services on the big screen TV or move outdoors and enjoy the ‘really big’ natural spaces with amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

Historical Fredericksburg is a scenic 20 minute drive and after a day of wine tours, shopping or hiking, the cabins’ 66” Copper Tub will be waiting for a relaxing bath. Nature awaits behind the private security gates for taking a leisurely walk on the half mile “driveway” or venture out on country roads and enjoy the wildlife.

Llano River - Tiny House - Site 13

Cozy cabin on the banks of the Llano River at the Dos Rios RV Park. 1 queen sized bed, plus bunk loft. Cliffs, swimming holes, kayaking, fly fishing, and a bat cave are all in your back yard. Several other Airstreams and cabins are also available on the 19.3 acre river front property.
