This apartment is stand-alone. It has a living room with a queen pull-out sofa bed, a full kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed and full-size bunk beds, and one bathroom. The side door leads out to a shared breezeway with a hot tub. The pier leads out to the boathouse for fishing.

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
