The house has its own yard with a large natural 10ft Ligustrum wall offering much privacy and safety. Home is newly renovated and fully furnished with a large open living room, dining room, kitchen with bar including granite counter tops, two large bedrooms, utility room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and 1 bathroom. Guest house is not child proofed, and animals are not allowed.

Welcome to our beautiful timber frame treehouse! Hand-built by local carpenter David Green, this work of art overlooks the Ocmulgee River. Our two-story dwelling has two porches, a lofted bedroom (full bed), a living area (window seat/bar/twin bed) and kitchen area (foot-powered cast iron sink, outdoor camp stove, prep area, dishes, cookware, and more). As it sits currently (Spring 2026) there is not an indoor restroom. We do have a camping style toilet (Luggable Loo) available.
