All the windows of the great room have amazing views of the vineyards and hills beyond, and the dining table is set in a large bay window with stunning 180-degree views.The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to make a gourmet meal and includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The second story includes 3 large master bedrooms. There are 4 beds (2 King and 2 Queen size beds). There is also a full size sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (cozy). The house provides comfortable furnishings, 1 flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, a gas grill and a 6-person spa. The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay - enjoy the spa, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable living spaces! As host we are pretty hands off. You will receive house access instructions and general rules so you can self-check in/out approximately a week before check in. We are available via phone call/text or email if you have any questions. I case of any emergency the property manager is available 24/7. This house is located in a quiet private road at the end of a cul de sac in Guerneville, with just 2 other houses in the immediate area. Most rooms in the house have a sweeping, beautiful view of the vineyard. You'll often see turkeys, deer, and other wildlife wandering through the trees and vines. But you'll also be able to take a very short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and wine tasting in downtown Guerneville. The house is walking distance ( within half a mile ) of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery store. For visiting the area is best to use a car.

Welcome to Old Caz Cabin! Our cozy, rustic cabin is nestled in the heart of Guerneville amongst redwoods and is a 15-min. walk to the Russian River, where you can swim, float, and boat to your hearts content. In the winter, cozy up to the wood burning stove (the main heat source), take a long walk in the neighborhood or drive 5-min. to downtown Guerneville, which has a number of shops, restaurants and bars. Our cabin is also centrally located to breathtaking hiking trails. Slow down with us!

Relax and rest with your sweetheart or the whole family at this peaceful place in the redwoods. Walkable to downtown Guerneville with all its quaint amenities. This charming cabin is the perfect place to unplug amidst nature and enjoy the river and the redwoods! Our place is great for couples as well as families. Tennis courts, pee wee golf and a playground are just steps away. A Sonoma County boat ramp and walking trail have been opened recently which is a block away.

Our Russian River Getaway is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It is nestled in the trees, quiet and private, and conveniently located three blocks to the beach and two miles to downtown Guerneville. This bright and cozy studio cabin has a queen size bed, bathroom and kitchenette. It is located only 4 miles from Armstrong Redwoods, 15 miles to the gorgeous Sonoma coast and close to many wineries.

Perfect little studio with the best of everything: Surrounded by giant redwoods, but with plenty of open sky to enjoy on the large sunny deck. Quiet and secluded, but a short walk down the hill and you're at the independent bookstore and coffee shop; the local beach, with full service rentals and classic canteen or one of Guerneville's fabulous restaurants, boutique shops or (nearly) famous handmade ice cream shop.

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.

Our house is located on a hill in a quiet neighborhood just above downtown Guerneville. The house has high ceilings, a full kitchen, a large deck, and a yard lined with enormous olive trees. It is a five minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants and a twenty minute drive to the Sonoma Coast.

We built these custom tiny cabins with you (and your plus one) in mind. All the things you need, and none of the stuff you don’t — hardwood floors, a king bed, a tiny kitchen with a mini-fridge, and your own bathroom with shower, plus a fire pit and a picnic table. Fits two people comfortably.
