The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and spacious 3-bedroom home! This home is located about 8 minutes away from the airport in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. We welcome you to make this space your home-base as you explore all that Anchorage has to offer! *Note that it is a Duplex, with a family residing on the other side. Their children may play in the basement below, and there is potential they may be heard.

Minutes from the Anchorage airport or Kincaid Park, this 2 bedroom unit sits in the heart of Sand Lake. Just a 5 minute walk to fishing and under 10 minutes to the Anc airport and Kincaid Park. Each bedroom has its own smart tv and queen size bed. There is no cable tv only streaming. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a toaster oven, microwave and hot plate for heating meals. Coffee is included with all the fixings. Local restaurants and a grocery store are minutes away on Jewel Lake Rd.

Come stay in our laid-back townhome next to Jewel Lake Park! Our location is close to dining, bowling, and groceries and it is just a 10 minute drive to the airport. Take a stroll on the winter trails connecting Jewel and Sand Lakes, or snuggle up by the fireplace. We make sure the property is comfortable because we stay here often when visiting family in Anchorage and just installed a 65" TV in the living room and king bed in the master bedroom.
