King bed in one room, and queen size bed in the second bedroom with 400 thread count sheets and a pull-out full size bed n the living room. a comfy couch and tvs with Rokus make hanging out fun in the comfortable living room. Bathroom has a great shower and white fluffy towels. I will let guests enjoy New Orleans on their own but if they need me I will be there in a second! The house is in Uptown New Orleans. It's within walking distance to a legendary music venue, grocery store, coffee shop, brewery, the delicious cheese fries at F&M's patio bar, and James Beard's award-winning Shaya restaurant beta We’ve put our heart and soul into making this a special space. Cheerful and fresh single home/oak tree surround.

This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.
