This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

Bethlehem is a quaint town nestled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Enjoy a walk through our 4 1/2 acre property!

This farmhouse built in the 1850s is nestled past Franconia Notch in the town of Whitfield NH. This cozy 3 bed and 1.5 bath home is ready to welcome you for your vacation. During the winter, ski the slopes at mountains like Bretton Woods/Cannon or visit the extraordinary ice castles. During the spring/summer splash around at Whales Tales water park or visit Santas village amusement park. In fall admire the foliage and the covered bridges. Year round, take a stroll along Littleton’s Main st.

Otter Ski/Walk to Village/Cozy 2 Bed/Hot Tub

Best location, directly in the village! Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored with cozy, bedding & linens. Step to restaurants, North Conway CC, the Village green, scenic train station, coffee shops, shops, skating, & nightlife. I do prefer to book the entire house and only use the 2 bedroom lockoff to fill openings. Kayak the Saco, adventure parks, skiing, story land, hiking, etc. READ ABOUT THE SPACE- there could be other guests on the other side of the home. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL
