Large 2-bedroom main level living, fenced backyard, and deck. We are pet friendly with no additional fees (although we do expect guest to pick up after them). Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Just a mile from Seven Oaks Recreation Area! 5 miles west of Boone just off Highway 30, this cute and cozy space offers upscale privacy on a wooded lot within 30 minutes of Ames and 50 minutes from Des Moines. It was originally built for the owners' parents and is universally accessible including extra wide doors, fully accessible kitchen and roll-in shower.
