The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Very easy on-boarding to any of the local Charter Fisherman as the property is located on the Inter-coastal Waterway. Advise your Charter Captain that you are staying right next to Frank's boat launch in Crown Point and they may pick up there. Lafitte, LA is home to some of the best fishing in South Louisiana. Great place to Relax at this peaceful cottage. Swamp Tours nearby (2 blocks away).
