A covered screened in patio with 2 huge ceiling fans , a couch 2 chairs and 2 ottomans and a fire pit, A grill and plenty of extra chairs. There is also another fire pit in the wooded back yard. And plenty of parking. 5 minute drive to boat launch and lake! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

Spend your time soaking up some rays on the beach, enjoying the view from the front patio while sipping your morning coffee, or take a stroll around the neighborhood in your golf cart! Located approx. 3 miles from Rayburn Country Resort!

The Ponderosa is relaxing and peaceful for anyone. If you need more space, we have outdoor areas for RVs or tents. This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Shooting on property needs approval.
