The beach is between 25 to 30 miles away and there are numerous beaches within that radius, including Hilton Head and Hunting Island. Of course, the cottage is right in front of a beautiful and peaceful coastal marsh. We’re also not far from Parris Island if it’s time to celebrate your special Marine! Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
