Welcome to our guesthouse, a simple yet inviting space on our family property. Inside, you'll find a well-lit bathroom with a rain shower, a TV, and internet. A coffee machine, fridge, and comfy sofa make the living area ideal for relaxation. An elevated space holds two mattresses—one for sleeping, the other for lounging—that convert into beds for groups of four. Outside, enjoy a seat at a table set before a hill of sun-loving plants. No kitchen, but home-cooked meals are available upon request.

Nalazimo se u selu Varnice,u podnožju planine Ostrvica, od Beograda udaljeno oko 90 minuta. Prizemlje kuće čine kuhinja i dnevna soba,kupatilo i terasa,a na spratu su dve spavaće sobe,hodnik i kupatilo.Ukupan smeštajni kapacitet je 7 osoba. Mi smo pet-friendly. Po dodatnoj ceni služimo tradicionalne šumadijske specijalitete od domaćih organskih namirnica.Planina Ostrvica kao spomenik prirode vulkanskog porekla veoma je popularna, na njenom vrhu nalaze se ostaci zamka sagrađenog u 15.veku.

Our spacious and unique country house sits in the heart of Šumadija, 100km from Belgrade and 12km from Topola, in Jarmenovci village. Lakehouse can be accessed only by boat. There is big parking on other side of the lake, where you can park and boat is docked. Lakehouse has Electricity, Drinkable water, Fireplace, Barbecue and beautiful view to lake and Ovcar Mountain. Real heaven for family vacation. Vikendica na Medjuvrsju preko puta restorana Lanterna.
