Private entrance and toilet in the basement, access to shower in the owner's main floor upon agreement. In the basement, you'll have access to a fridge, microwave, mini oven, electric kettle, hotplate, tumble dryer, kitchenware, etc. 800 m. from the nearest grocery store. Parking available for one car at the house.

Jeg har 2 fredelige hvide schæfere og 3 katte Huset ligger i den gamle bydel med velfungerende legeplads “Pletten” tæt på. 1 km til indkøbsmuligheder og 10 km til god badestrand (se Pias guidebook for flere oplevelser) Med hensyn til kæledyr, kan jeg gøre undtagelser. Forhør ved booking. Rygning ikke tilladt inde i huset

Lejligheden er beliggende ved det historiske Kokkedal Slot, som blev opført af prins Erik i 1500'tallet. Lejligheden består af køkken, stue med rummelig sofagruppe med TV og gratis internet, spisestue, et soveværelse med to dobbeltsenge samt toilet med bad. Dertil privat terrasse med havemøbler. Der er adgang til legeplads, en lidt slidt tennisbane og indendørs swimmingpool med sauna, der er åben i sommerhalvåret.
