You'll love the charming, historic neighborhood with hundred-year-old oaks, and how quickly you can hop to downtown (3 minutes) and the beach (15 min). You'll be able to walk to a local, organic grocery store, coffee shop, and several restaurants and local boutiques. The property backs up to sixteen miles of paved paths - perfect for walks or a bike ride. This is the ideal home base for your visit to Charleston!

Located directly across from beach with a path from the frontyard to the beach. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find local cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

Welcome to Camp Folly, y’all! We’re back and better than ever — renovated and refreshed from top to bottom, with all-new everything and the cozy touches you’ll need to feel right at home. Camp Folly’s in a perfect spot — just 10 minutes to Folly Beach or downtown Charleston. Stick close and you’ll find island pubs, a pizza joint, and Starbucks just down the road. One note: the house sits on a semi-busy side street. And while we love our furry friends, we’re no longer able to host pets.

King Tide offers some of the most spectacular views Folly Beach has to offer—spanning the marsh, the iconic Morris Island Lighthouse, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Atlantic Ocean. With two spacious back decks, a large front porch, and an open-concept living area, you’ll have no shortage of places to soak it all in. Located just across the street from the beach, King Tide is a short walk to public beach access and the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. Sleeps 10–11 guests comfortably.

You will find our house fully-stocked-we have stayed in many Airbnbs, and want to make sure you have what's needed, without being burdened with our belongings.
