You'll have a large pool table, bar area, private entrance, hot tub, firepit, coffee bar, and free parking in a quiet neighborhood. Jamestown and Yorktown are also close by. The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry & a LOT of room. Not a time share disguised as your own space- and no sales pitches either.

After an exciting day of sightseeing, shopping and amusement rides, retire to your spacious furnished vacation home. Greensprings is known for its family-friendly accommodations and amenities. We have linked two adjacent 2BDR units to create a 2400 square feet, 4 BDR/4 BA lockout condo with two primary suites and two full kitchens. The two units are joined by a common hallway, each with a separate (lockable) entrance door. The units may be used separately (maybe by two families) or together.

Our place is close to restaurants, supermarkets, dining and family-friendly activities. The resort is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We are 10 minutes from Colonial Wburg & Jamestown and 20 minutes from Busch Gardens. We can provide either a 1st FL unit with a King in the MBR and 2 twins in the 2nd BR or a 2nd FL unit with Queen beds in each room. Your choice. If available at the resort, default will be 1st FL.

The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The unit we have available for rent is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off with a separate living and dining rooms, private balconies, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
