Welcome to Guches Ranch! Nestled on a picturesque ranch established in 1964 by the Guches family, a vast expanse of lush farmland. Our Airbnb listing is the ultimate retreat for those seeking solace and serenity away from the hustle & bustle of city life. We are located centrally to local popular Vineyards in the serene Applegate Valley, just 12 miles outside the historic Jacksonville Oregon. Our brand new modern-style single cottage is a stand alone unit & is a private cozy, yet spacious haven.

Angel Crest Casita Guest Suite - East Medford

Enchanting, large, private 1 bedroom guest suite with a view In Upper East Medford. Beautiful, open concept living /dining area has plenty of room to relax and unwind. This space also includes a semi private queen bed. There is a large luxurious shower, kitchenette, and other amenities (microwave, fridge, and coffee maker). Outside there is a large private covered deck with outside seating and a fire pit. Close to wineries, golf, restaurants, and great hiking. This is a non smoking property.

Starlight Meadow Yurt

The yurt is a modern, light, space with a deck. It's nestled between a mixed conifer forest and Starlight Meadow. We're at the end of a private road on 20 acres. The property is gated for your comfort and peace of mind. There's a large trampoline at the edge of the meadow perfect for stargazing and sunsets. The creek flows October thru June depending on rainfall. Six miles from Shady Cove where you'll find restaurants and a grocery store. 40 miles to Crater Lake. 26 to Ashland. Treat yourself!

The Greenwood Villa w/wood fire hot tub

The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

The Shady Knoll

Relax and Unwind at this peaceful retreat. Near the Rogue River, this beautiful property is over an acre w/ lush green grass all around. Updated home w/ nice features & a notable primary bedroom&bathroom. Both rooms have work spaces & home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Start your mornings with a delicious nespresso and enjoy the bird chirping outside. Outdoor oasis with comfy patio seating and outdoor dining area, backyard lights, fire pit, BBQ, and yard games. Only 4 miles (10 min drive) from the downtown plaza of Ashland you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mt. Scenic and relaxing roadtrip stop-over!

This is a scenic stop between PDX and SF and its own destination. One guest says " Her home has a magic of its own." Simple, elegant, and a great base for wine-tasters, paraglider, or roadtrippers. If a house surrounded by nature, vineyards, paraglider pilots, creativity and occasional other travelers sounds interesting, you'll love it here. As a local tourism coordinator, I can direct you to the top attractions. Note: this is a self-contained unit but attached to the main house!

The Aloha House - Hot Tub - Pool

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Ripple Rock Ranch Lodge

The Ripple Rock Lodge offers amazing views of The Rogue River Gorge and Lost Creek Lake. The lodge has a large patio with ambient lighting, and both gas and charcoal grills! It is located on a 10 acres parcel of woodlands to explore with access to the Rogue River and numerous hiking trails.
