Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. Upstairs kids loft with 4 built-in bunks! Hike or bike the 7 mile Spirit Trail around the lake. Short 1/4 mile walk to the Eagles Nest restaurant and to Eagle Point Marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Kayaks, paddleboards and paddleboat included! Recently had to remove the fire pit due to ordinance and complaints.
