Lakeside Maisonette is an idyllic holiday home with a spectacular lakefront location - you can hear the waves lapping on the lakeshore. Secluded amongst native bush, the house has magnificent views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, and Walter Peak. The property borders a Department of Conservation reserve with a lakeside walking track, and is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.

The house is located a skip and a hop from the clubhouse to go grab coffee or a meal. The rooms have built in wardrobes & share a large bathroom with a powder room downstairs also. Warm with electric fireplace, heat pump and under floor heating to keep cozy.

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Please note, there is no kitchen, just tea making facilities and a small bar fridge. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

Our guest ensuite room is the perfect place to relax after enjoying dinner at some of the best restaurants New Zealand has to offer. The guest ensuite room is joint to our home, with magnificent views of the remarkables mountain range, central heating, ensuite bathroom, tea/ coffee facilities, fully self contained and its own seperate entry for complete privacy.

We are just 3km from the airport, Remarkables Park shopping centre, and the Remarkables skifield access road, as well as being a short stroll to the lake and Queenstown trails.
