Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). Suited for a couple or two singles.

Little White Beach Cabin - 1min beach, 12mins city

Light, comfortable studio-sized guesthouse with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, fibre wifi, Smart TV, fridge, microwave, and self-service breakfast in relaxed Island Bay. The guesthouse is 10m across the garden from our house. Please note there is a microwave and bowls, plates, cutlery, glasses; but not a full kitchen walk: 7mins to beach, 10-15mins to local cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, cinema drive: 15mins to Te Papa, CBD, airport 10mins to WLG Hospital 20mins to ferries

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Welcome to your beach getaway in picturesque Lyall Bay. This sunny, warm, one bedroom apartment is located across the road from one of Wellington's top beaches. This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.
