Location The apartment is located in Puerto Rico's political and cultural capital, San Juan. It's within walking distance of the best locations Old San Juan has to offer. Great bars and restaurants, hotels, casinos, San Critobal Castle, Paseo La Princesa , plazas and the cruise terminal are only steps away. In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. We have full power generator and water cistern. The hot tub maximum temperature is 85 degrees, if power goes out it will take time to warm up again.

This apartment features 3 bedroom 2 bath overlooking Isla Verde's nightlife. Just a 10 min drive to the airport and located in the most touristy area in all Puerto Rico. The apartment is steps away from a Caridad Pharmacy, a parking garage, various restaurant chains and the beach is less than a three min walk. Power outages are common in PR because of the rebuilding of the electrical grid. NO refunds will be issued.
