The Cove Retreat Oceanfront Upstairs Apartment

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas including the firepit overlook the ocean.

Welcome to our suite. Thank you for stopping by. The garden suite is a purpose built, fully furnished studio apartment with quality kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a large screen TV with Netflix and unlimited WiFi. A whisper quiet washing machine is under the bathroom counter for your convenience. There are beautiful garden views through French doors for your enjoyment. Full blockout curtains are on the windows. You have a private entry and are able to self check. Enjoy

Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Surrounded by a three-acre waterhole that attracts a myriad of bird life, our property is a true haven for nature lovers. Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

The Little House

Our Little House has open plan living and bed area with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A number of stairs lead up to a small patio where the unit is located. Plenty of space to park vehicle/trailer/boat. It is located on our mango farm and is above our mango packing area. All water used is rainwater and plenty of birdlife/gardens to enjoy. The stars in night sky is amazing. Guests will be warmly welcomed and left to relax and enjoy the space. A tour of farm can be done too.
