This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze. Quiet and secluded with beautiful views of Lake Isabella. Minutes away from mountains, lake, and river.

California Hot Springs Getaway

Get away from the buzz to the peace and beauty of California Hot Springs in the Sequoia National Forest. This cozy, charming cabin is on a creek amongst oak, fur and cedar trees. Just 3 hours from Los Angeles. Please note: Airbnb has listed that my cabin is a “10-min drive to Sequoia National Park.” This is wrong. My cabin is in the Sequoia National Forest but is not near the National Park. It is a 3 hour drive to get to the Park. I am working on having Airbnb delete this information.

TRAIL OF 100 GIANTS road is OPEN! Just a 20-30 min drive away. Also, couple Giant “Monarch” Sequoias is just a few miles away off Mtn Rd 51 and a nice hike in. Unplug and take it easy at this rustic, tranquil and one-of-kind creekside, garden mountain getaway in the Sequoia National Monument (south of National Park)—far enough away from cities but close enough to the Trail of 100 Giants and other local hiking trails. Perfect for one or two adults, or a small family. Pet friendly too.

Soak up the history of Kernville Ranch in the all natural cedar hot tub after a day on the river, watch the horses frolic in front of pink and purple mountains. Plunge into or practice your casting in our private river (Runs April through December). Originally built in the 1890s. Nestled in over 14 acres of water meadow. There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.

High Country Cabin

OPEN FOR SPRING-Cabin built in 1940, originally bunkhouse for local lumber mill. At 6000 feet in the tall trees of Sequoia National Forest. Near ski resort, Kern river(rafting, fishing), hot springs, Lake Isabella, Trail of the Giants. Alta Sierra is dense neighborhood of cabins with neighbors close by. TWO GUESTS ONLY , NO PARTIES, NO PETS! Comfy king bed, lovely outdoor bathtub. NO WIFI. Only 1 bar cell svs-plus record player/TV/videos/books/games. Heavy snow possible!
