Located across from the Giant steps ski lift, this walk-in walk-out front corner condo has beautiful views of the ski slopes through multiple post card view windows. Enjoy the view from balcony while watching the mountain side activities. Only 14 steps up into the condo for easy access and 30 feet from the door. This recently remodeled 4 bedroom and 3 bath condo has 1730 sq ft. There is a community hot tub available but there is no guarantee that it will always be available.

This cozy condo has a beautiful view of the mountain and is conveniently located on first floor, you can literally step out of the building in your skis and ski right back in. During summer, Giant Steps mountain offers trails for hiking, and for intermediate and advanced mountain bikers. It is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park and Utah Shakespearean festival in Cedar City.
