Enjoy tubing and skiing at Seven Oaks, Boone. Take in events at Iowa State University or Des Moines Civic Center just 30 minutes away.

Rest up from a busy day in the Des Moines metro, under 30 min away, enjoying country quiet paired with local convenience. The airport is under 20 minutes away and multiple stores and restaurants available within 10 min. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, enjoying the sunset at the fire pit, taking advantage of the space to spread out, cook, kick back in the home theater space, go for a swim or soak in the hot tub. The Vernon Street Guest House - Suite 2

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.
