Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Bright two bedroom house, with large lounge and very sunny conservatory. Within 10 minutes walk to ILT Stadium and Velodrome, 5 minutes to local tavern and 10 minutes to another. Local shops with takeaways, chemist, restaurant within 10 minutes walk. Truck Museum 4 minutes drive and Motorcycle Mecca around 8 minutes drive. Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

Mitchells Bay BnB

Take a break and unwind here with sea views off the deck, approx 300mtrs to a beautiful safe sandy beach great for Surfers, SUPS or sunbathing with changing sheds and seats. A few more steps to the Beachhouse restaurant to dine while watching the waves. The chinese takeaway at Taramea Bay for a quick dinner after a day at the beach. Wander our walking tracks and native bush walks close by. A delightful village with little shops to browse, friendly pubs and cafes is the place to be.

This freshly renovated apartment is raised up with views out over North Invercargill and across the Waihopai river. We're happy for a flexible (early) check in, so long as we don't already have a previous booking the day before.

The Lodge at Tikana

The Lodge at Tikana in central Southland is nestled among fertile southern hills which are home to a herd of majestic stud Wapiti deer. The tranquility of the rural setting is enhanced by the unique ambience of the straw bale construction. In its former life the Lodge catered to the needs of high end tourists traveling in Southland The Lodge was purpose built in 2003 by a craftsman builder with the juxtaposition of old and new blending seamlessly.
