Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.
