Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Self-catering cottage with its own small paddock - perfect for 2 adults who want a quiet bolt-hole in a truly beautiful location. Sofabed can sleep third guest if required (3rd guest does incur additional nightly cost). One baby up to 2yrs free and travel cot/high chair also available. Hall Garth Cottage, Clapham, 4 beds, dog friendly

Centrally located in the delightful village of Clapham. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting/dining area with sofa bed and a kitchen, upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms (one with twin beds if required), a toilet, shower room with basin, there is another shower room & basin (no toilet) en-suite off the main bedroom. The cottage has its own fast B4RN broadband connection and is equipped with a washer/dryer, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, 2 TV's one in bedroom, toiletries.

Pemberton Cottage is a quiet and cosy retreat in a rural setting with unspoilt views of Ingleborough approximately 1.5 m from Ingleton village centre. Situated on the border of Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, the cottage is perfectly located to explore the lakes and yorkshire dales, or to simply relax. Nestled in the countryside 0.5miles from the nearest pub there are plenty of fantastic eateries, open-air swimming pool, waterfalls walk, caves and the spectacular ribblehead viaduct

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Well Cottage is centrally located in the small, charming market town of Settle sleeping 1-2 people. Ideally situated at the end of the High Street with free parking for 1 car. Shop, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 2 minute walk and the train station is within a 5 minute walk away. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.

We have lovingly refurbished Woodlands View to create a stylish space which we welcome you to enjoy: We are located in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Located a 2 minute walk to Hebden Bridge Train Station. Two car parks within a couple of minute walk from the property free overnight between 8pm- 8am. There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.
