Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Welcome to The Corner Cottage in Aransas Pass, Tx where Farmhouse meets Beach house. Here you can relax and unwind in this beautifully decorated, cozy little home. This home has been rebuilt and updated since hurricane Harvey so everything is fresh and new with lots of unique touches! This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! We are 20 minutes N. of Corpus Christi, 20 minutes S. of the popular town of Rockport and 20 minutes W. of the ferry to Padre Island! It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. A great place to see a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee or spend the lazy afternoon hours sipping refreshing beverages & just talking story

Howdy! Our beach Vacation Condo is on the North Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. A king bedroom suite and a bonus Loft with queen bed. Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.
