The main cabin has 2 bedrooms + 1 common bathroom, in addition there is a 3rd bedroom with king bed and bathroom in an outhouse 20 ft away. Entire property is fenced & exclusively yours—no sharing, full privacy. A private viewpoint is within the property (short, steep hike). A helpful caretaker family is on-site, with home-cooked meals available—guests love our 5 star service & food

The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. With no houses in its vicinity apart from the caretaker's, the cabin gives you a much-needed dose of pristine nature.
