Cozy bed & bath only. Great location in highly desired town of Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. Private entrance and easy parking for two cars (guest & owner). Bed & bath are blocked off from the entire house but attached. Keurig coffee maker & small fridge. Outdoor seating on patio and quiet neighborhood. There could be some sounds from resident upstairs. Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.
