There is plenty to explore nearby this home. We are a military family with busy fulfilling careers, and welcome you to our comfortable home.

We may not be on the beach, but we're pretty darn close! Located in San Diego's Encanto neighborhood, our modern guest suite with private entrance will allow you to experience the city like a local, with most attractions within 15-20 minutes by car. While a vehicle is recommended to see all that San Diego has to offer, we are close to a trolley that can get you downtown and other areas. Beautifully remodeled large open concept studio unit with equipped with kitchen amenities . Includes refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate, air fryer and microwave. French doors leading you to a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee and cool bay breeze. Our unit is perfect for couples or families with small children. We are one block from the bay, trolley, mall, restaurants, and highway. Our studio is privately attached to the main house 3 bed/1 bath and is also a vacation rental.

Come stay in our charming, stylish, & relaxing studio! Guests will have access to a queen size bed & 50" smart TV. The apartment is located 15 mins driving distance to/from key areas: SD airport & the GasLamp district, and only 20 mins away from Sea World, and the beaches! The studio has a new AC for guest's pleasure! We do not accept smoking, pets, or parties! Check out is at 11 am. Non-approved late checkouts will incur a $50 penalty fee.
