Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annexe is located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!
