Apartment located in a small high quality brand new building just two floors with five apartmnets and garage. It is located in the middle of the historic city of Porto, near the University buildings, the Tower of the Clerics, the typical streets and close to all the attractions that can be visited on footing. Moreover, it is served by bus stops with direct connection to the airport, beaches, and other locations in town. It is also served by the typical tour buses and trams. In front of the building there is an extensive garden, with ancient trees, lake and beds of beautiful flowers. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a very large room, where there is also a sofa bed which can sleep two people comfortably, and a fully equipped kitchen. The garage is a plus in an area where it is not easy to find place to park, and in parks where parking is very expensive. The whole apartment is very comfortable and equipped with quality furnishings and contemporary taste.
