Step into the hot, bubbling jets of the jacuzzi, or warm caress of the rain shower, and restore your spirits by soothing your muscles, melting away any residual tensions of the day. Get a restful sleep in one of our soft beds. In the morning, pad around on in-floor radiant heated floors (so cozy during winter-time.) Or enjoy your morning coffee on one of four outside decks. And don’t forget to solve the mystery of the Treehouse, that awaits your discovery within its wood beamed walls. This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Home was built in 2024 so everything is new. We offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for a standard stay. During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. Please contact the owner directly. Depending on the time of year some facilities might not be available. Additional fees for basketball court or golf hitting bay.

Unwind at our cabin in the woods! Located only an hour north of the Twin Cities, enjoy great fishing and gorgeous views with riverfront access or retreat to the electric barrel sauna. Cabin also includes a screened in front porch with a private hot tub and plenty of space to gather. Enjoy the modern kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms, and a cozy living space with fireplace. ***Located next door to our Little Oak Cabin also available to rent (each w/ private sauna, fire pit and river access)***

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Dog-Friendly Crow River Cabin on 40 Acres

Escape to a private, dog-friendly tiny cabin on 40 acres overlooking the Crow River. This solar-powered, off-grid retreat feels quiet and remote, with two miles of mowed trails, river views, a fire pit, and room to slow down. The cabin sits about a quarter-mile from the parking. A cart for gear is provided, and the short walk-in is part of the experience. Guests come here for campfires, hiking, fishing, kayaking, family time, and a simple outdoor stay that still feels easy.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system. Not far from Annandale or Maple Lake . 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.
