Exellent location between Airport (30 min.) and Reykjavík (15.min Central). The Cottage is downtown Hafnarfjörður, close to the harbour, a walking distance from Restaurants, Coffee shops, Tourist info, cute little shops, supermarket and a central bus stop. Taking a SAUNA after a long day is a real treat and the "outside" shower (with hot and cold water) is a great experience. Í húsinu eru tvö svefnherbergi, baðherbergi, stofa, borðstofa og eldhús. Húsið er staðsett um 5 km frá Kirkjubæjarklaustri og er því mitt á milli The black sand beach í Vík og The national park Skaftafell og Jökulsárlón í austri. Frá húsinu er bæði útsýni að Vatnajökli og Mýrdalsjökli.

It is a perfect location if you want to enjoy the countryside and visit some of the beautiful places in north Iceland, like: Lake Myvatn (30 km away), Húsavík (27 km away), Goðafoss waterfall (17 km away) and Dettifoss waterfall (68 km away).
