Hedge Lodge

Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.

Elegantly decorated apartment in the courtyard area of our property. Double bedroom with separate ensuite and panelled throughout. Panelled kitchen and dining area with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. This apartment is perfect for long weekends and midweek breaks. The apartment is within our courtyard area with privacy and is quiet. Guests have an area outside to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Guests have their own outdoor seating area and allocated parking space.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.
