The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Spacious private guest suite with private entrance. Large bathroom with jetted tub. Large bedroom with sitting area including pull out couch mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster oven. Conveniently off highway 160 and the perfect get away to the Sand Dunes, Lathrop state park, fishing, golfing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding & pet friendly.

La Veta House

Updated, sunny, two bedroom house in beautiful La Veta, Colorado. You are a short two block walk from local shops like Charlies Market, and a 15 minute drive to the town of Cuchara. Large open kitchen and living are with dining table and Roku TV. Master bedroom with King bed, love seat, dresser, closet, smart tv. Master bath with tub. Bedroom two has a full bed with an optional pull out twin trundle. Bathroom two can be accessed by second bedroom or main living space and has a shower.

Spanish Peaks Guesthouse

An easy escape to the beauty of unspoiled Colorado! Located just adjacent to our home on 200 acres, our guesthouse is a remodeled 3 bed/2 bath home with full kitchen and beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks (Wahatoya) from the deck. We are located just 7 miles off I-25 Walsenburg exit 49 with plenty of privacy and room to slow down and relax! We welcome guests of all backgrounds and your well behaved canine friends too. Cozy Comfy Cottage

Our clean cute little house is perfect for an economical traveler's rest or a base for hiking, biking, and skiing in the Southern Sangre de Christo Mountains (shh - our secret though). Enjoy your privacy with your own living space, fully stocked kitchen, and a deep bathtub. For your convience, there is a desk if you need to work and a full sized washer and dryer in the cottage. A twin size rollaway is provided if one queen size doesn't work for your party. ($10 per night fee)
