Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 3 story, 3BR, 2BA, home was just freshened up & is within walking distance of the city amenities, nearby lakes, & local attractions. The main flr has hdwd flrs, full kitchen, din. rm, Sm brkfst nook or work space, 2BR, w/ QBs & TVs, & 1BA. The upper lvl has 1BR w/ 1BA, W&D on lower lvl, w/ open area for storage, etc. Lg quiet bkyd w/ fire pit. Can accommodate Lg family or Sm group, air matresses available if needed. Great for short or long stays.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

During your stay, hike through the property, catch glimpses of wildlife, sip coffee by the fire while taking in the sunrise over the lake, or step out to nearby Gooseberry, Black Beach, or Tettegouche. A beautifully private north woods retreat any time of year!

The Wandering Moose -Cabin Getaway, with Sauna!

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.

Early Frost Farms is a hobby farm specializing in vegetable growing. Our general store sells canned goods and ice cream treats. We are located right on Mesabi Bike Trail, 17 minutes from Giant's Ridge; 35 min. from Ely and the north shore.

"The Cedars on Shagawa", is a brand new cabin completed in 2022. Be one of the first to stay at this secluded elegant lake view cabin. With 200 feet of shoreline, the 1500 sq ft cabin is situated on 8 acres yet only a 5 minute drive to Ely. Perfect for a romantic getaway or family get together. All new beds/bedding, cozy sectional, laundry and 2 full baths are sure to make any length of stay enjoyable.

Enjoy the beauty of northern MN in this rustic and cozy cabin right on Shagawa lake. Great fishing and close enough to town for easy access to restaurants and shops. Great walleye fishing in the bay directly in front of the cabin. Fishing boat and kayak on site. The cabin is an open concept format. The lower bedrooms require descending 2 steps. The bedrooms are separated by curtains.
