Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.

It has a queen-size bed, couch, TV (with cable and Netflix, Amazon Prime), en-suite bathroom, and kitchen (with a 2-ring cooktop, a countertop oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric skillet), and a hardwood floor. There is a small patio area with a table and chairs. It’s a few blocks away from the trendy 11th St corridor and a couple of blocks from two Biergartens.

The bedroom features a queen size bed (and the living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa that converts to a standard size bed). We never charge a cleaning fee! The apartment is located below the main house. It is 500 square feet with a ceiling height of 6’ 9”.
