This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. Instant snowmobile access to the lake in winter. Air conditioning in summer and 2 wall furnaces for warmth in winter. What it doesn't have: Oven, automatic dishwasher, laundry facilities.
