Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

We welcome this beautiful home that has recently been fully remodeled. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs. High speed WiFi internet available. There is a back deck with patio furniture that is perfect for Grilling out. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. NO PARTIES. No unauthorized guests without our permission. No pets. $1000 fine.

Home Away From Home Hot Tub + Arcade

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home!

It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.
