Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Our cottage is nestled among trees & natural vegetation on a bluff above Lake Memphremagog, accessible via stairs that hug the incline. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into a bright, inviting living room, complete with baseboard heating. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC in the summer.

This charming loft on the third floor offers privacy and open airy views of the surrounding countryside. Complete with kitchenette, private bathroom, queen size bed, television, dining for 4, small desk area & comfy sofa chairs. Internet access. Enjoy easy access with this centrally located place. Pop downstairs to the Tavern for great food and drinks or call for room service. Noise Notice: Friday & Saturday nights a live band plays music at the Tavern untill 11 o’clock. No pets.
