This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Across street from huge park, nestled in a peaceful SE Austin neighborhood, 2 miles from McKinney Falls State Park, 5 miles from COTA, with 6 food trucks and a coffee truck just few mins walking distance from the house. The walkway leads you to the entrance of private Efficiency w/ keyless entry. Inside enjoy a seating & working area. The casita can accommodate 3 guests comfortably. Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

This is a completely private guest suite with living room/office, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are no shared spaces at all, so you can enjoy your privacy! The location is 10-15 mins to the airport and downtown Austin, around 20 mins to CoTA, and one block to a mini-mart, neighborhood grocery store, Mexican food restaurant, and bus stops.
